Hi all. Recently I feel that after start up the dash display shows an aerial view of the car. ( with seat belts on etc) for far too long. It does the system checks then leaves this image on. It interferes with sat nav being displayed for a few minutes. Is this unusual or has anyone else had this issue. It is approaching service time but otherwise no issues.

Yes, seen it many times since I got the car 6yrs ago. It’s not just a recent thing. Just press the confirm button under your right thumb on the stearing wheel and it goes away immediately.

Once I reach the speed where the doors lock automatically, that graphic normally disappears.

Me too. Infuriating when departing from an unfamiliar area and you need the immediate, zoomed in navigation display to sort itself out. Great to learn of the button hack mentioned elsewhere though.
