How does Spoify work.

A really basic question - how do I get Spotify on the menu to load?
Does it only work via a paired Android Phone?
For now I'm having to use my ipod as there is no CD unit on my vehicle.

Spotify works of the cars data SIM

At a basic non subscription level you will get adverts / interuption between audio tracks, and limited functions; but you can still search and listen to music tracks/albums etc.

If you sign up for Spotify premium (ca £10/month) which you can use on any device you wont get the adverts - it also gives you other Spotify features

Minie is a late 2021 car - I have enabled Tethering on my phone so it now works.

The card slot is in the rear of the boot on the left hand side.

You don't need the SIM. You can connect your car to the Internet using your mobile phone's personal hotspot.
Works just as fine
