Spoke to my dealer today. Said the software update is being rolled out at the moment across the range by chassis number. They also said it will happen automatically and sent to the TCAM and you will receive a notification in the app to say it has been completed.

No issues with mine, had it once around November for an hour, but that could have been a network outage at the time.
I'd say get it checked out by the dealer, hopefully they have someone that is tech savvy that can help. I'd probably ring round a few different dealers first and see how their responses differ. May save you some time and effort!

My C40 was showing offline yesterday afternoon, rather inconveniently when i went to preheat the car from the app. I have to say mobile reception is pretty woeful at the best at times around the office and carpark so wasnt overly worried. Driving home all seemed fine, ev charging station info available etc etc. No issues preheating at home this morning
Car has good internet connection when started and app will connect for half an hour or so after I switch off but then goes offline again.
Centre display seems to boot up every time I start the car too. I think the two are connected.
I can feel a dealer visit coming on.
