Quick update, my car is now in the UK at port- thankfully. I’ve been informed it should be ready to collect within the next few days - fingers crossed!

Hope you have better luck than me.

My car arrived at Bristol on the 22 Feb and still hasn’t arrived with dealer yet. Volvo advised me that it left the port on a transporter on Monday my dealer has received delivery of 4 transporters this week but none of them had my car on them.

Maybe Volvo are using pony cart to transport my car

I ordered B3 Plus at the start of November 2023 and was advised that the car would be delivered by mid-Jan 24, which changed to mid-Feb 24, then the end of Feb 24. Could not access proper tracking information on Volvo website so I had to do a combination of WhatsApp queries, email and phone to get information about the delivery. I was informed that car was built on February 6th but has now been sitting in Belgium Port ever since. I wish I had seen these posts before I purchased the car on a deal - as I would never have purchased it. I am now stuck with the purchase as I have already paid the full deposit which will probably take over a month to get back. CATCH 22.

I thought Volvo was a top brand - but this is without a doubt the worst customer service I have experienced 🤯

Keep the faith everyone. Have been told by a "friend" that my order reached the dealer earlier this week. Hopefully, I will hear something from the dealer very soon to arrange handover. It's only taken 32 weeks to get to this point with faff all communication from anyone.

You should get your money straight away if you decide on a refund. They are pretty good to be fair about giving refunds with no questions asked
