Any of you had any updates in regards to delivery of their orders?

Received a video message today from the Volvo Dealership. They now say the expected arrival of the vehicle ordered on 15/1/2004 will be late April to end of May. That’s pushed back slightly from late April/Early May by email about 2 weeks ago.

My car was supposed to be delivered on 14th March. I've now been quoted a delivery date anywhere between 20th-23rd March. Not heard anything yet.

Not an update, my dealer seemed to deny knowledge of any delays which I suspect was potentially to sell me a new car.

Having browsed here,I ordered a B3 ultimate (green) from the stock section of the website (incl. Volvo 4k contribution) with an apparent 6 week wait time. This is to replace my inscription pro MY21.

I see the MY 25 are all now on the stock section of the site stating 10 weeks.

Anybody think that is accurate given recent delays? This timeline would suit me and nice to get the new model year changes to Ultra.

Collected the car today, absolute fine specimen of a beast, couldn't be happier. The sales process and dealer correspondence was truly awful all the way through.

Keep going everyone, the end is in sight.

Daughter's car has arrived at the dealer. It does have the correct interior this time. However as suspected they seem unaware of the deal they are supposed to honour. Lots of " I will have to speak to my manager". She has already told them that she will walk away if they dont honour it. Daughter is a lawyer specialising in commercial litigation. Dont think they have realised that yet. Interesting times in the next few days. Still hoping they will honour the deal but prepared for a fight if needed.

No worries. If your daughter is a lawyer, the deal will no doubt be in writing with very strict terms and conditions, so it will be impossible that « they » are unaware of it, whether « they » speak to their manager or not.

I ordered from stock in February and was quoted 4 weeks. Got it a few days before that date and could have had it 10 days or so earlier than that but waited for 24 plate. Hopefully you'll have a similar experience.

Ordered end of Feb and manufacture is apparently provisionally scheduled for end of July. On that basis I'm looking at September for likely delivery, although I'm not optimistic after reading some of the comments on this forum.

Dealer admitted to me that there are major issues with Royal Portbury Dock. According to him it's rammed and they're not clearing cars out to dealers fast enough, therefore inbound ships can't unload. So bad in fact that deliveries can't even leave Rotterdam. He seems to think that Volvo are investigating alternate ports for importing. We'll see ......
