They've given an eta as 14th March. Fingers crossed this happens. My 11 year old fiesta is on its last legs and I'm reluctant to spend on repairs! I don't hold out much hope on the date, especially after reading other experiences of the dates being moved...!
That’s amazing news! Hopefully the handover will be on 14th. When did you place your order please, if you don’t mind me asking?
I ordered it on 2nd December. The dealer did tell me to expect the invoice a week before the delivery date. Hopefully you won't be waiting too much longer too!

Still waiting for confirmation of car arriving at the dealer. Date has been put back a further couple of weeks. Very poor, non existent communication (again) from the dealer and Volvo UK. Nobody seems to be able to give an update on whereabouts of the car. Hope the others waiting have had more luck

It’s strange that so many are experiencing delays, when on the Selekt website there are many virtually brand new cars available. I can only assume that they have been sat in dealership compounds for several months.

Just read on Twitter/ X, an XC60 customer who ordered in August 2023 has been told to expect delivery in September 2024. Doesn't look like it's model specific.

I can't find the article but manufactures now have to sell 22% BEV vehicles or face a large fine. Rather than reduce the cost of BEVs they are putting ICE cars on long lead times to encourage people to buy a BEV instead. Perhaps Volvo is doing the same?

I believe it’s the change over to 2025 model and reconfiguration of the factory to include the EX30
