Good point , I must test that, last time I tested Apple Maps though it was dire but that was 18 months ago so perhaps worth another try

My Google Maps works in Yards not Feet. Although when I first got the car it did use Feet, then it changed to Yards after a couple of days and stayed with Yards..
I agree TomTom is a far superior SatNav app. I believe they are working on making it a Native AAOS app.

AAOS 2.12 is rolling out OTA, regrettably the release notes don't say what's in it!

You can look in Google Play Store under other devices-Car.

Just installed AAOS 2.14.3. Took 15 mins.

Set off today and asked Google to increase the temperature. "She" said she couldn't do it because of an issue with the network. Tried it again on the way home and asked to turn the heated seat on (as a test), both of which I've done many times without issue, to be greeted with " I'm sorry I can't do that, I can't control things in this car" or words to that effect. Sat nav worked fine though.

I guess a reset is required. I know that is done by holding the Home button for an extended period but can you remind me of the other reset if required.

Modem reset: Hold down the Heated Front Screen button until the overhead SoS button flashes Red. Do this after the other one. Sometimes it takes a couple of resets of both.
