Hi All,

I hope for sale ads are allowed - if not someone please correct me and I’ll delete.

So, some do you may have seen that I recently changed the tyres on my B4 Ultimate in an attempt to create a quieter car because of my tinnitus. As a consequence I have a full set of barely worn 235 50 19s for sale. They covered 3400 miles and are in genuinely excellent condition. Tread depths are 2 x 5.4mm and 2 x 5.8mm (in fact one measures at 5.9mm) so considering they’re 6.0mm when new, there’s very little wear on them and they’ll be good for many thousands of miles.

I’m asking a measly £45 each or I’ll do all four for £160. I’m in north Leeds for collection or I will package and ship via Paisley Freight at cost to the buyer.

I do know that the EcoContacts don’t get a huge amount of love here, but I also know that there are folks that don’t have a problem with them and they are OEM fit…

Any idea on shipping cost for all 4? Our XC60 is going to need two fronts within the next few thousand miles, just need to check the sizes match...

Yeah Paisley Freight charge £49.99 for four 19” tyres, and packaging by me is free :). Billy bargain!

Let me check on size once home from work, pretty sure ours are 55 profile though - can you double check yours?

Yes I think the XC60 does use 55s on the 19" rim, but I might well be wrong These are definitely 50s. Curiously my V90CC alse used 50s on 19s.

Let me check what size my tyres are…

Are these Volvo spec or just continental eco contact (if that makes sense)…

Edit: also, which spec are they - eco 5, eco 6 ??

Yep they're Eco 6, and the Volvo OEM version. If you've got an XC40 on 19's then they should be perfect.

XC40 and V90 Cross County until MY22 had identically sized wheels from 18” to 21”.
