Credit Card/Toll Ticket Slot

Just in case others haven't noticed, just above the wireless charging tray there appears to be a credit card / toll-ticket holder slot thingy.

Can't say I've notice that. It's not an advertised feature.

It definitely takes a credit card or same size ticket and there's no other reason for it.

Is this slot in addition to the two slots to the right of the steering wheel as shown in the Quick Reference Guide?

Yes. And in addition to the ticket holders on the sun visor ;)

Anybody using those? I was going to put the Volvo assistance card in one of those...but I found that they aren't deep enough and a card sticks (very annoyingly) too far out. [Though makes it easy to remove so I guess they had to balance it]. Perhaps this centre console slot might be better?

Thought it might appeal. Handy for something you might want to have easily on hand but not on show, like a parking pass?

I currently have my Volvo Assistance card in this hidden slot, completely out of the way but easy to locate if needed!
XC40 FE T5 Crystal White 20" LAVA!

Just sought it out today, well found ForgotRafe would never have known it was there, just need to decide what to use it for now :)
