Just joined today
We recently had an accident repair
Done to our XC40
2 months after the repair the car felt
A like it had a little movement on the rear
My wife uses it not me
Within a few weeks I drove it & when you hit bumps in the road at 50mph
The car was nearly uncontrollable
The garage that done the repair took it back in
The next day I phoned to see if they found out the problem
I then get told that the suspension bush was hanging out & that hey have now fitted a new one
I was told by them it was either a faulty bush or the technician had fitted it incorrectly
I have been in contact with Volvo
The guy in the parts has never had a faulty bush in 25 yrs working there
My question is can a Volvo dealer tell me what & if a repair shop has ordered the parts for my car from a Volvo dealers
By using my reg & garage details also the date’s ordered
