She's now walked away. The offer to build the car came with repricing which was way over her budget. She's not giving up though and will still be pursuing compensation for the awful customer service.

Problem now of course is to find another vehicle, and with manufacturers heading more and more to online/fixed pricing finding a deal isnt as easy as it used to be. Perhaps check out drivethedeal, carfile.net and coast2coast to see if they can help with a short leadtime vehicle ?
