I've had a message about renewing my App subscription. The car will be 4 years old. Thought it would have ran out after 3 years or maybe free with a service?

I thought it lasted 2 yrs and could then be renewed? Could it be on its 2nd renewal? How long have you had the car?

Mine is 3 years. Tells you expiry date in the app under Car Details, also has a renew button.

...things may change over the years, but my car bought in '21 has a three year App subscription.

I too thought it was renewed each dealer service after the 3 years. Got another year to go on mine...
B4 AWD Inscription , Fusion Red, Blond interior. Drivers Assist, Climate, Tinted rear windows and Towing pack.

Each yearly service done at a Volvo dealer will renew the subscription for another year.

The renewal of the VOC subscription doesn’t apply if you have a service plan

I've had the car from new with a 5 year service plan. I'll give the dealer a call to see if it should have been updated after it was serviced last week
