Hi, my car recently had its first service. I’ve noticed over the last few days that I cannot synchronise the temperature for driver and passenger . The ‘synchronise’ button is greyed out on the screen and a verbal command only works on the driver’s side. Small problem but irritating. Has anyone had this / found a solution?

Check the driver profile (center screen upper right corner). When car goes into service and receives system software updates, the profile is turned to Guest. The service technician should normally switch back to the owner’s profile before handing over the car.

I’ll try that although I have reset my profile. Seems as though anything can happen with an XC40!

I have never noticed a synchronise option. Indeed it has always bugged me that there isn't one.

Is it obvious?

I always do it via Voice Command .. "Synchronise Temperature" .. but (see above) I've only had the car 3 weeks so haven't had any updates

Relatively easy...

Normally just telling it synchronise temperature works for me
