I have a xc40 d4 with retractable tow bar, when I hitch up my caravan a Bailey Cadiz, and connect up and then dis-connect, the tow ball will not retract, the rear camera stays on the tow ball mode, the engine does not stop when you pull up, plus other small malfunctions, the garage put it right the first time saying it was the fault of my installer who put in a reversing camera module for the caravan, they rectified that at a cost of £294 and it has done it again, it's going back to the garage again tommorrow, does anyone else have problem's ? TIA.

Mine was fitted by the dealer when I picked up the car, I've never had any issue with it and it's used at least every week for bikes carrier.
