Thought I'd create a thread for your ideas on what you would like in any future software updates.
I'll start it off by allowing you to set the drive mode so you don't have to keep changing it everytime you start the engine.
Software update thread.
I'd like CarPlay to be visible in the instrument cluster. The phone can do it, but manufacturers seem slow to be including it. I can't see any reason why not, especially on something like Volvo's range of cars with LCD instrument clusters.

As mentioned way back, a voice command to change the Drive Mode. That would still enable a start in Comfort Mode to fit in with UK legislation, and be easier than pressing the button or screen.

I've noticed the Pilot assist will often try to take an exit. This seems like an easy fix when you have the dotted lane separator on the left to guide the car.

Also, I totally agree with the first post suggesting CarPlay to show up in the instrument cluster. This is the first thing we noticed and our car dealer said that many people want this and they hope a software update will come someday. I also agree with an easier ability to change drive mode. Seems the US also has regulations that force the car to start in Comfort mode and require the driver to change modes.
