I just ordered mine yesterday (25 Aug 2018) and was told not to expect before Feb 2019 here in London. Anyone ordered recently getting sooner?

Ordered mine June 2018 with delivery Jan 2019 so based on that looks as though things are getting a little betterinscription09 wrote: ↑Sun Aug 26, 2018 8:11 pm I just ordered mine yesterday (25 Aug 2018) and was told not to expect before Feb 2019 here in London. Just updated my vote as now getting told my cars due for delivery to the dealership 9th Oct
What does puzzle me is I've seen one person on this forum who ordered the same car after me and they've already got theirs

I was told by one of the dealers that they each have an allocation of orders, and once they’ve used that allocation, their new orders might be delayed. It maybe that you ordered your car after your dealer’s allocation had been used up, but not for the other person.
It’s a theory, I don’t know how true it is.

Yeah not sure, my order seems to be tied up with bobs for delivery date so not sure why but we both used the same dealer so guessing it's something dealer relatedhdasmith wrote: ↑Sat Sep 01, 2018 11:07 amI was told by one of the dealers that they each have an allocation of orders, and once they’ve used that allocation, their new orders might be delayed. Ordered 1/9 2018 .... the dealer told me that has an open pre order and maybe I am lucky in 2-3 months
We ordered a Fusion Red T3 R Design in March and were given mid June iniitially. At the end of May we got told Mid October. After threatening to cancel due to lack of action taken or contact from them yesterday I got this email today :
The status of the car has been checked today and the vehicle is due to be built 21st September and arriving in the UK 28th September. The dealer is unable to allocate registration numbers until the vehicle arrives in the UK, at which time they can raise finance documentation and set the ball rolling for delivery. The vehicle is due to be at the dealership 2nd October and they will require approximately 48 hours to turn the vehicle around ready for delivery.
Once the vehicle arrives in the UK 28th September we will be able to pre-book delivery to you.

Ordered a R Design T5 almost exactly four months ago, arrives on the ship to NZ today!
Needs to be prepped before we get the car.
Long wait overall, hopefully will be worth it
