Hi all, glad to be a part of the group, first post.

I wonders if anyone could shed any light on the order vs delivery timescales, it seems like EV stock are running a surplus with some trim levels.

We've recently taken advantage of my wife's salary sacrifice scheme through her work, and I notice that on the volvo car shop, they have the model (twin engine ultimate) available within 4 weeks.

Has anyone got any experience of a similar scheme to us?

Thanks

Salary sacrifice schemes are usually run through a third party. I dont know if they have access to Volvo's stock or whether they have to order separately. Our son has an Ioniq 5 on salary sacrifice and his was ordered as a new build even though there was stock with Hyundai. I suspect the answer is probably "it depends". No harm in asking if they can access them.

Found out today it has to be a factory order........ Boooooo

Thought it was extremely optimistic, but considering theres one sitting there somewhere not sold makes me sad haha!

Now we wait I guess!

Th B3 Plus MHEV I ordered in the summer was a factory order and was delivered in six weeks, so you might have it for Christmas.
Cheers,
Ron
