A relative of mine bought a two year old BMW last month from an official dealership and he has now found evidence of a bodywork repair that has not been done to an adequate standard. The front wing is slightly misaligned and the passenger door contacts it when being opened. He wishes to reject the car but the dealer says that can only be done if there is a mechanical defect. Have any of you got experience of a similar situation?
