I got my rubber mats thrown-in and a slightly reduced price on dealer-fit towbar.

Ok... so, I got a couple of snazzy key rings, bunch of flowers and a full tank of fuel. But I did get about 5k off the list price too, not sure if that’s good or not?

A great discount, £20 of petrol and a tin of shortbread. Happy customer.

I pick mine up on Friday . . I very much doubt there'll be any 'freebies' or nice gestures, so far I'd rate the dealer as useless and patronising.

What dealer is that? Mine are the same, Paul Rigby Birmingham... I've had to find out about everything through here, they haven't even had the decency of telling me about T3 delays and I was promised a call a week ago yet I'm still waiting.

Rybrook in Warrington - I had to chase them today to actually find out what time I can collect the car on Friday as they said it had to be at an arranged time . . . THEY were meant to be calling me to arrange it . . . nothing!
I also asked them today to arrange an extra rear plate as I don't have the V5 and want to use my bike carrier on Saturday. .... I'm still waiting on a call back from the parts team, that was 3hrs ago.
