Hey

Has anyone noticed the ever increasing number of cars driving about without rear lights?
I think that the daytime running lights on some cars are now so bright that the road ahead illuminated enough to see, especially if following another car. Also, many manufacturers are illuminating their dash board instruments permanently giving the impression the lights are on and as dusk approaches, everything looks normal to the driver. I’ve followed a new Ford, a Honda Civic and yesterday a BMW X6. All had no rear lights showing.

Yes. I have. I agree the interior dash being lit up can make you think you have lights on.
