The T3 performed very similar to our current 2017 diesel Tiguan, if not a little quicker on the sprint. Obviously doesn't have the low down diesel grunt but still impressive for a small engine.

We took the option of the MY2020 T3 manual (156bhp), seemed an ideal replacement for the Tig.
What made you change from the Tiguan?
When I got rid of my XC40 I was looking at replacing it with a Tiguan, in the end I got a 60 plate 2.0T petrol Insignia as a far too expensive runabout to give me time to decide.
Just placed an order for a Ford Focus Active X (only because of the 0% APR offer at the moment) but it was very nearly the Tiguan.
Only that my wife fancied a changed of brand, I’d have happily got a new R-Line Tiguan to replace the current one.

Hi
Did you get an answer to this problem? Mine has just done 400 miles and it was fine, now feels laggy lumpy

Just had a thought, does it feel different when you select dynamic in the drive mode button?

No problems with my new T3 (163HP) , done 800 miles. I love it when the turbo sings.

No it even does it in dynamic
If I rev it in neutral when the revs come back down below 2000 revs the car shudders... feels a bit like its misfiring to me
Was fine when I drove it this morning, then this afternoon its playing up
