When did you get a vin# e.t.c?

I have a delivery date of 3rd of Oct according to the dealer but I've always chased them for any updates and they always seem cagey.

At what point (for the people who have their cars now), did you get any solid info from your dealers like a vin number for example, or confirmation that it has been (or will be) made?

I have 3 weeks to go until Dday and I've not heard a thing. Should I be worried? Have seriously low confidence in this dealership.

My pick up date is next Tuesday, i have just today received my vin and registration number if this helps

Pick up day is now monday so 6 days from receiving the vin etc.

Dealer told me that you receive the vin once the car has been built, i.e. after the production complete date. We’ll see soon!

I’m also down for the 3rd and dealer has said I could collect 5th. Like you though I’m increasingly sceptical that this is going to happen...

Mine is at the dealership, had a bad start when originally ordered so the collection should be good
