The rear camera is not directly swappable for the 360 camera.
The rear camera is just that - a camera in teh rear. But the 360 camera involves 3 further camera with 2 underneath each wing mirrors and 1 more in the front. So unless your model is preconfigured to have the holes and wiring for all 4 cameras it wont be possible to just swap teh rear camera for a 360.
