Hi all
Reading several posts with first editions coming with no washers, how is that possible when it shows in the specifications that it has the pack which includes the washers ???

Supplier issues - can’t cope with the demand.

Yup, I was one of those who was affected... After multiple chasing and a negative feedback (the post-delivery Volvo email thing), the dealer finally contacted and said they would send me the £350, reaching my bank account in the next 2 days.

Ah right I did wonder whether some money back back would apply as they are not supplying the vehicle as advertised

I asked for the £350 back when I collected the car, after some debate they agreed I'd receive a cheque in the post . . . still waiting

I also am still waiting for the £350, despite having chased the dealer several times and contacted Volvo Customer Services twice (so far!).

Has anyone actually received a cheque?

Hoping folk would forget once they'd driven off maybe!

Just read this on another chat in this forum. I thought mine were missing also then discovered you need to have the headlights switched on (not auto) and mine then popped out and washed!

Headlamp washers will work in Auto, but only if the headlamps are on, not just the DRL (daylight running lamps)

I have a xc40 Momentum Pro D3 Auto, which was sold as having that feature: headlight washer.
How do you know it works when you are behind the wheels?
Has anyone seen it function at all? If so, how do you get it started?
