Xc40 broken into without key

Some years ago in Central London a friend of mine was badly beaten outside his flat for the key to his Flying Spur. He would have given it to them except he didn't have it; his driver had taken with him who they hadn't seen.

Just to add regarding AAOS cars. To add a new device be it Andriod or IOS to remotely monitor the vehicle you must first pair all devices while inside the vehicle with both keys present and the pair routine also includes 2FA.

Even after upgrading your phone and restoring it from backup, you have to follow the pairing process from scratch with AAOS cars.

Finally Volvo started to implement 2FA for ID login, I got this message in my Volvo Cars app. Is anyone already upgraded to 2FA login?

Not yet, still to come.
MY24 23w51 XC40 B3P Plus, minus Blis, in Vapour Grey metallic, Blond Leather interior and Panoramic sunroof, H/K sound system, 19” Rims.
