If you go for wheels larger than 18's, suggest you factor in the cost of regular chiropractor appointments.

My 19" rims give an excellent smooth ride over very dodgy roads around Lincolnshire.

I have the 20's on mine and the ride nowhere near being harsh.....It looks the nutts.

Daughter has 20s on her R Design Pro and the ride is not harsh at all. We also have 20s on our Twin Motor Pro but cant comment on the ride because its still at the dealer waiting for CbV to hopefully sort out a spec issue

You have to have driven on 18's and then 20's for sometime to know the difference ;) - if you have only known 20's (or 18's) how can you know - having driven both - 20's are harsh over pot holes compared to 18's - and regardless of what folk say, they are of course going to be - not a deal breaker no, but the better smoother ride will always be on rims with the greater tyre wall - its a scientific fact :shock:
