Having had a slow puncture recently I looked around at new tyre prices before going to see if it could be repaired. I noticed that many of the usual online suppliers have Volvo OEM versions, in addition to the standard version of the tyre. Does anyone know what the differences are between standard and OEM versions.

My last car was an Audi A3. I bought new tyres which were identical to the Audi tyres as far as I could tell. Once fitted, I noticed they didn’t have the extra rubber that protects the wheel rim. I wish I had spent the small amount more for the Audi tyres.
