Great news. Pleased it finally arrived at the dealership. Enjoy your first Volvo.

Congrats on the new car Scuba. I've just had to put more petrol in mine! I'm putting £20 in at a time 'cos my new one should here within a month. £20 fuel doesn't seem to go far these days, has me hankering after my youth when a tenner seemed to go forever. Granted they were smaller, less thirsty vehicles.

Thanks. Not a big thing but did anyone get the cleaning cloth for the screen or has that stopped? Also, no R-design badge on the steering wheel any more. Love it all the same.

No cleaning cloth, or R Design badges on mine, anywhere.
I sourced and fitted the OEM boot badge myself, plus bonnet pad.

No pad either but I felt the drive home from the dealer was quiet in the car and I got 44mpg through fairly heavy traffic so I am very pleased. Would like to do some more driving tomorrow but not without good reason at £1.62/l for petrol!

Finally the car is ready for action. Received 6 months after ordering. Everything was OK except under the bonnet pad was missing
