Charge cable

Hi getting my 2020 t5 early next week and apparently there is only a proper charging cable in the car where can I get a cable with a 13 amp plug on one end as the people who are fitting my charging point can't do it for a few weeks so won't be able to charge the car. Any help appreciated.

I believe at that date the cars came with the 3 pin plug cable and the other was an an optional extra. You'll probably pay £200 for the 3 pin plug cable though - might not be worth it if you're getting a charging point fitted. On the other hand, there not a lot to gain from a charging point - it will only reduce the charge time from about 4.5 hours to 3 hours.

That's a good length cable too Rockford. 3m longer than the Volvo one.

Just a long shot, got a date for 5 weeks for the installation of the charger, don't suppose anyone living near Alton in Hampshire has one with a 13amp plug on it they don't use that I could borrow. Would be very grateful
