Broken down
So for the second time in a week the xc40 recharge has broken down. First time it went into limp mode and wouldn’t allow me to go over 20mph, Volvo assist turned up plugged in and away we went, now this time I have had the error Driver Support System unavailable, service required and again a lack of drive on both petrol and battery. The garage seem to think it is a software update that is needed to fix the problem…..now my question to you all is, how long does it normally take for a software update to complete?

Reject the car as it’s so new
Or get the dealer to pick it up and drop off a loan car and refuse to have the car back until they can convince you it’s fixed
