Got this email from Doves, Croydon this morning. Sad news all round.
This good news is that they do a collection/drop off service for customers on a service plan.
It’s a shame. The sales guy was good and they always resolved any issues that I had.

I too received the email telling me about the closure. While at my service end of last year (worked from their waiting area (all spaced out) i got talking to the people on the service desk. They said they have been booked solid and apart from a few cancellations its been non stop since they reopen after the first lock down. As the company also owns Dees of Croydon (Ford) I wonder if that will be affected?
I have 4 years left on the service plan so I hope they keep to their word on offering the collect/return offer.
