Ian333. I have exactly the same and have had for a few months. Had the car in for a service last week and mentioned this issue. When I picked it up it was still the same ,despite them resetting the TPMS in the normal way. I had done this several times before and reinstalled the app on my devices.
The service manager eventually explained that this was a “known fault” which VOC are working on. I guess I will just have to wait and see. Not really bothered as the tyre graphics in the car appear to be fine.
Unknown status on VOC - tyres??

I have exactly the same as you in that it shows tyres status unknown, I know TPMS is working fine as I had a puncture and it immediately warned me. All been reset since and still shows this. Its on an iPhone 8 so don't know whether it is iPhone which shows it and not android?
Checked it after seeing this and it actually shows a white XC60 in my case! It used to be exactly how my car looked (black, inscription). So weird!
Android, app version 4.9.1. No tyre info in the app.
Car and grille colour correct in my app but unknown status on tyres. iPhone 8, also iPad both on iOS 14.4. Car last serviced October 2020 which is presumably when the car software was last updated (wish Volvo would let us see what version of software the car has installed)

Just checked. Mine still shows a correct blue car
I purchased a used D4 AWD 2018 R-design from an authorised Volvo dealer exactly three months ago and that’s exactly the message I got on my VOC!! Been complaining to a Volvo service on that for several times but no one knows what seems to be the issue.
At first I thought that’s because they’ve changed original 20” tyres to 19” winter tyres, but looks like that was not the problem. Calibration didn’t fix the issue yet. Other alerts like washer fluid shows the right status but not the tyres.
Btw, wouldn’t it be cool to have the oil level and Ad Blue level (for D engines) here as well?
