Service query

T4 Inscription auto, delivered 12/12/2019
Just had first 12 month service, after which I found:

All preset seat positions lost (the service guy had much longer legs than me)
All radio presets gone
Spotify login lost
All other user preferences gone

What a pain to start all over again, anyone else had this?

Sounds like they disconnected the 12V battery for some reason ???
