XC40 Software update - wiped all my settings

Hello fellow XC40 owners,

My car has just had its first birthday and I was Just wondering if anyone else has had the software update complete.

When I picked the car up my person settings (speed camera warning etc ) and the Spotify app was missing. Is this normal?
XC40 T5 R-Design Pro in Bursting Blue with Convenience, Intellisafe Pro, Winter Plus and Xenium Packs and a few other bits. Ordered July'19 picked up end of Nov'19.

Yes I've had to reset some user customisations after a dealer software update. Icons in the wrong place etc.

Dealer software update didn't change any of my settings.

My dealer specifically asked about a few of settings (auto-locking was one) when I dropped the car off. I wondered why, but realised later that it so that they could reset them after the update.
Family car - XC40 T5 Inscription Pro, Glacier Silver, charcoal leather, Intellisafe Pro and Xenium packs. Dog guard and mud flaps added since.

Computer nerds always keep a Build-Log.
Document what you install and every setting/change you make.
So you can always blow everything away and re-build exactly the same.
