Hi everyone,
Cast your minds back to 2018 and the delays we experienced with XC40 production.
My original delivery estimate was delayed which meant my existing car had to be returned and left me without one for two months. Volvo loaned me a V40 and I had to pay for it.
My question is for people who experienced the same - did Volvo make you pay or did they loan it to you for free?

Hi, guess you're UK-based but poss worth clarifying + asking responders to state their location.
Not trying to be pedantic, it's just that, for example, Germany has consumer protection laws that mandate a loan/hire car if promised delivery date missed by >x?? weeks.
