Volvo On Call/Sensus Connect

Trying to find full details of connectivity, and struggling as a lot of the documentation online refers to previous-gen cars.

1 - The cars include a SIM card slot - presumably this isn't provided?

2 - It says On Call requires a subscription, is this included and if so how long?

3 - What apps are included? I know Spotify is but can't find a list including it.

1) You need to buy and install a SIM card;
2) VOC subscription of 3 years comes with the car;
3) I will take a pic of the Apps screen and post shortly.

Just checked out my subscription via the VOC app and it confirms it expires in March 2021. Renewal prices are quoted in Euros at €39 for 1 year and €67 for 2 years.
