Driver's Side Pocket

Can anyone who has taken a recent delivery confirm whether the driver's side pocket shown in the attached picture has been included in their car or not? In some pictures put out by Volvo, it appears to be included while in others it is not. Interested to find out what is happening in the real world with the cars actually being delivered. This is a pic of the interior of the FE demo at Clive Brook Huddersfield - picture taken at end of February. Can't see it on there

Is it possible that it is on the driver's side for the Continent and the passenger side for UK?

Yes you're right. UK spec has it on passenger side and have seen that in my dealer's demo FE. Not sure about the other trims but I'd imagine the same.

Part of the left hand drive to right hand drive conversion along with the bonnet release............................ or not as the case may be!
Crystal White/Charcoal T5 MY19 FE 19" alloys (my choice!) with confirmed headlamp washers - delivery in June - ordered mid-February via broker

Yes, I thought it odd that the bonnet release was on the near side! I didn't notice the pocket.

Ordered 24th February 2018: XC40, FE, T5, Crystal White, Lava Interior (additional black carpets), 19" wheels, mud flaps, Tow Bar, Polestar, was expected June/July, then 1st October.
Finally took delivery on 16th October 2018. 8-)

Yes - but it’s on the passenger side along with the bonnet release.

Two XC40s - so far! Inscription Pro T5 AWD Auto - Glacier Silver/Blond/21”, fully loaded, from Jan thro Sep 2021. Polestarred. :) Also one of the first FEs - a D4 AWD Auto - Bursting Blue/Charcoal/20" from Mar thro Aug 2018. Also Polestarred. :o

I didn't think it was going to be a very effectively storage area so perhaps best to be on the passenger side so out of my sight and low annoyance level.
