MY21 LAUNCH

Hello all,

I recently ordered my XC40 only to get an email yesterday indicating that I would need to change my spec etc due to changes in the MY21 setup. Anyone else had this? They also confirmed that MY21 vehicle production has begun.

I have now amended my spec and its worked out better than my previously submitted order which is good!

Thoughts??

They have also changed all the extras options - which are now listed in the brochure as 'special value packs', and then 'options'

Where did you find the info? The pricelist on the Volvo site is still the 2020 one.

Interesting. Ordered mine on 5/6th of this month, just under two weeks ago but have not yet been given an estimated delivery week and not heard about this MY21 change.

When you say the spec is better what do you mean exactly?

I ordered a T3 automatic Inscription with black paint and white leather...

Hi,
I ordered my xc40 T4 AWD Automatic with Intellisafe Pro Pac, Xenium Pack and Tempa Spare Wheel and Jack, last week, but have not heard anything other than a provisional delivery date of 28th April. On what you know Is it possible to advise if I am likely to have to make changes please.

Just got the pricelist. Lots of big changes, such as no more Momentum Pro.

My initial order was for an inscription pro T5 twin engine FWD with intellisafe pro pack and 360 camera.

I’ve now dropped the pro and am ordering Inscription T5 twin engine with Driver Assist pack and Lounge pack.

I will post a link for the brochure tomorrow. Basically they got rid of intellisafe pro and bundled all of those option in one big Driver Assist pack. The lounge pack is now the only way to get 360 cam.

However, the lounge pack has the Harman Kardon system, the sun roof, the 360 cam, car play and a bunch of other options, so to me it made sense to drop the ‘pro’ so I could afford both of those packs together. We shall see if I made the right choice I guess!

No update on lead time. They said that as production only started this week they haven’t had ETA’s yet.
