Does anybody know how to change the default Bluetooth connection name of the car? How to personalize the default “My Volvo Car” Bluetooth name?

The Bluetooth name is changed on your phone - it's nothing to do with the car. I don't know Apple but if you have an Android phone go into SETTINGS, BLUETOOTH, find "My Volvo Car" in the list of Bluetooth connections and type in a new name.
