VOC - changing ownership

Hey everyone

I know someone who has just bought an XC60 privately. It has VOC. What does he have to do to change the VOC details. Your comments please. Thanks - Rob.
R Design Pro T5 AWD in Crystal White. Convenience Pack, Front Parking and Apple Car. Couldn’t afford anything else!! Arriving late September 2019.

Read the VOC manual (page 21 onwards) 😀.
