I have decied to go all electric SUV for my next car and the nws from Volvo on release by year end is great. Pricing is key as the current i-pace/model Y, e-tron etc are all 70k+ so am hoping xc40 will be sub 50k...

Nice but.........don't count your chickens yet.
Seems like internal politics says Polestar get to go 1st............& the production start-date can has been kicked down the road more times than Brexit.
Reckon the XC40 will make a great electric car. Though keep an eye on VW if you want a good AWD.

Your probably right and the wait for a decent small all electric suv seems set to continue. I may have to switch to something like tesla model 3 unless we get some new 40-50k entries in next 12 months. I can hang on till next summer so fingers crossed we get more action from the manufacturers
