Voice Command

Hello,
Does anyone know if the voice command is a standard or an optional feature because it doesn't seem to work on my car.
The button on the steering wheel is there but on the sensus is deactivated by default and it can't be pressed.

Definitely listed as a standard feature.

Should only be disabled for certain languages if development not yet complete - back to the dealers, perhaps you're missing a software/data dump?

Where are you based NeuroMancer13? Are you doing a long press or short press? Long is for CarPlay/Android Auto, short press for the car's system.

Portugal.
Just dont understand why I can not use this feature with the commands in English.
The worst is that the manual is saying that you can use it. All the instructions are translated.
You can use it if you choose to change the intire language from Greek to English....It works.
