Is anyone else experiencing the Headlights misting over inside the sealed units, both lenses have misted over, so condensation must be getting in somewhere.

Thanks, spoke to dealership and they tell me it should clear when the lights are on, I did Forty miles with lights on and it was still misted.

I was going to start a thread about this a few days ago because every time I put my car in the garage, after driving in cold weather, there is condensation in the headlights. I really don’t think it should be as bad as it is because surely Volvos are designed to be used in winter conditions!

Maybe the led dosn’t generate heat as the old Edison bulbs.....

I would imagine misted headlights could be a problem at MOT time. My test would be in March when it could still be wintry. Drivers of other makes with LED lights are also reporting the phenomenon and are being told it is “normal”. I think it looks pretty naff and must affect the lights performance.
