Hi ordered T5 Inscription Denim Blue, mid May advised approx. 4months wait

Not worried to much about delivery date as I think I might miss my trusty 2001 V70 T5 228K on the clock bodywork still good and still pulls very well

Only major work was a recon auto box a few years back and had to have rear suspension refurbished last year due to road damage.

Hi

Welcome from another Inscriptioneer (mine received last week).

Like you I've been a bit of a Volvo loyalist (apart from a dalliance with an Audi A6 that turned into a box of rattles!). I kept my last one a lot longer than usual because I didn't want to let go and was still slightly sad to see it go. I think you'll find quite a change in the on-board technology from your current V70.

I used to have a bog standard 850 but remember I used to enjoy those bonkers 850 estates used in the British Touring Car championships!

I saw one of those in securicor livery a couple of months ago parked on a driveway about 10 miles from home. Was tempted to park near it and take a photo as I had just taken delivery.

Hi Pc40
Securicor was one of Volvo's sponsors in the BTCC If painted blue and white with Securicor on the doors sounds like a BTCC paint job
