I have the R Design Pro with Convenience pack and it has the door handle lights as well as the puddle lights.
XC40 T5 R-Design Pro in Bursting Blue with Convenience, Intellisafe Pro, Winter Plus and Xenium Packs and a few other bits. Ordered July'19 picked up end of Nov'19.

Thanks all, as the saying goes, a painting says a 1,000 words. I saw this picture on this forum and thought there’s an unexpected surprise, door handle lights. Just wondering If they are standard on the 2020 inscription Pro? I’ve ordered most of the packs. So fingers crossed!! I want them now...

Looks like you'll get them either via the Convenience Pack or the Pro designation.

I have neither ☹️

I too have the convenience pack and have lights on the door handles. I have to say they seem quite bright, brighter than my previous car.
