We have a MY2020 T3 on order to be delivered (hopefully!) early July.
We test drove both an auto T5 and a manual T3 (MY2019, so lower power) and to be fair sure that the T3 manual is quicker off the line. Cruising and overtaking was perfectly fine too, even for my wife who is used to diesels with low down grunt.
No vibes at all from the 3 cylinder engine, was very surprised just how refined it was.
