Hi folks, my XC40 is unable to connect with the download center so I can’t see or download any apps. Tried several things:
- connection by WiFi, Bluetooth and car modem. Nothing changes. Black screen says unable to connect with the service although the WiFi or modem signal is strong...
Who can help me out?

I had similar problem with the download center giving me the same error. It was caused by the car not being able to connect to the internet (the internet sign that is supposed to show on the top left hand side did not appear) and apparently my isp (same for wifi, mobile) was blocking Volvo server.
Try a different isp if you can to see if this problem goes away.
Ok, so I uninstalled the Yelp app and that now shows up in my New Apps list. Does that mean the only apps available for the car are the ones it already comes preinstalled with?
