New owner of a Momentum T4. All is super!
But it looks that the microphone doesnt work:
When i do a phone call the other person didnt hear me, and neither the voice control or siri (apple car play).
Any sugestion about it?

My XC40 doesnt hear me.
How is the phone connected to the car - bluetooth, CarPlay?
Have you tried one of the other types of connection?
Do the normal car commands (set heat to... navigate to... etc) work, either with or without the phone connected?
I'm no XC40 technical whizz, but you should be able to work out with a bit of trial and error whether the issue is with phone or car. Otherwise a drop in to the dealer should allow the salesman to see that you're doing it all correctly and then to further investigate if there's an issue.

I did the trial and error (normal) procedure in this case, but i had not any response: looks like the car microphone is not connected to the all system, a “hardware” issue more than a “software”: Didnt work with the phone and neither with the car voice control, it is totally mute.
Dealer give me an appoinment today... will see what really happened and i will tell you guys.
