Just wondered if any of you had contacted Volvo Customer Care directly rather than going through your dealer and if so what sort of response you got?
I have a few points regarding the system software I'd like to raise. As it's software it seems pointless contacting the dealer as there is nothing they can do about it except pass it on to Volvo...
