We are driving from Denmark to Italy next week and want the newest maps.
However, when connecting the USB stick with the maps I get the message (my translation from Danish):
"The map update service is occupied. Try again later"
Trying again after a 600 km trip gave the same result.
I have earlier updated Scandinavia without problems, and have not initiated any other updates.
Any suggestions?

Not much help, but I have not had any issues updating when the car is directly connected to wifi.

After consulting Volvo Support & Contact I was advised til go to the workshop. They fixed the problem within half an hour removing the blockage. I don't know exactly what they did. Afterwards it took almost a hour to update the map (entire Europe) from the USB stick, and everything works now.
